***Thursday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Thinking I might make cream cheese, smoked turkey and pickle roll ups today for munchy management. Gotta have the stuff on hand during the workday for sure.

I don't usually post here mostly because I have such good intentions to remember what I'm eating and then something happens and it all just goes out the window. Sigh. I also admit to feeling guilty when I have an off day and not wanting to share with the world what I ate. But, I know there is no criticism here. :)
B: protein coffee (2 scoops protein, 1/2 cup cream, coffee concentrate, ice, and water)
S: some trail mix (cashew, almond, dried cherries), 2 cheese sticks
L: Beef stew (beef, carrots, potatoes, peas in gravy (tapioca thickened))
S: cheese stick and 30 gram coffee protein shake (same as b but smaller)
D: Red Robin burger with no bun, just meat, cheese, bbq sauce, mayo and onion strings and a few fries.
To me, yesterday was a perfect day of eating for me. I am adapting to a new work schedule (I work at home doing phone support) so it's been challenging for me. I end up with all my lunches and breaks 45 minutes apart so I end up feeling like I'm trying to cram food into my body in a concentrated time frame.
Bleh. :)

Very nice. Cut yourself a little slack as you adapt to your new schedule and cir****tances. I know I would have trouble too.
