lol  Yeah, Krmy's epic food posts are usually followed by one of her epic poo posts.

Hang in there, Huneypie. Make another big batch of pancakes and get some crispy duck to-go.

... and I'm living Kimy's story (BMs 'n' all), I'm just a light sleeper and make it into the bathroom several times during the night (I just end up tired).  Like the saying goes 'I got the DS coz I couldn't have brain surgery'!!

Yep, I'm off to make more pancakes now!! :-D

How did it get to be Thursday already?

Double cheeseburger with bacon, mayo.  No bread

Atkins bar

Dinner will be left over chili with sour cream and tons of cheese

Greek yogurt

Popcorn

And a batch of my obsession.

Vites check.  90 minutes of dog training (I was exhausted).

No walk today.  Just not enough hours in the day.

Labs first thing tomorrow.

Hi Gina,

Is it okay to have protein back to back so quickly.  I had a 40 gram protein shake on my way home.  Stopped at GNC to pick up some protein, decided to try the chocolate caramel for the first time, and went home to make it another 40 grams.  Should I space out the protein...or  I can eat protein back to back...and still get my recommended amount?  Say if I ate all my protein in the morning, is that still good?

I think you're fine. You want to have a little protein throughout the day but if you gave yourself a few minutes between those shakes it's probably fine.
