D - gluten free spaghetti w/hot Italian sausage and marinara sauce -- holding the GF spaghetti
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:

morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch:

EXERCITES:
standing on my feet all day at the computer and hit COSTCO by myself

Total 4 carbs, 160 fat, 225p

Lost 1 lb and 1" from waist.  Small progress but at least it progress right?

Good day,

B: 2 coffee with cream 

B: shake with 4 strawberries and 1/2 banana

S: 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup of blueberries

L:

S: 1/2 cup mixed nuts

D: chicken breast and salad

S: garlic and cheese

working 3- 11pm that is why the later snack

I carb counted my carbs on my food today and it came out to around 90, what should I be aiming for?

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

What worked for me was between 50 and 70 net carbs to get to goal. Net carbs = total carbs - fiber - sugar alcohols. Fruit is full of sugar and you might want to cut bac****il you get to goal.
