Good day,
B: 2 coffee with cream
B: shake with 4 strawberries and 1/2 banana
S: 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup of blueberries
L:
S: 1/2 cup mixed nuts
D: chicken breast and salad
S: garlic and cheese
working 3- 11pm that is why the later snack
I carb counted my carbs on my food today and it came out to around 90, what should I be aiming for?
What worked for me was between 50 and 70 net carbs to get to goal. Net carbs = total carbs - fiber - sugar alcohols. Fruit is full of sugar and you might want to cut bac****il you get to goal.
