Good afternoon.

B: protein shake with 3 strawberries

B: cream cheese pancakes and 2 breakfast sausage

S: chips and dip, enough to make me sick

L: shake

S: handful of nuts

D:

Vites: morning and lunch done

Exercites:  day off work, so a bit of housework

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Oh, dear. Maybe you'll associate getting sick with them from now on and be able to stay away from them. I had a problem last night eating too fast. Sometimes we never learn. {sigh}

planned:  nothing.  I don't feel good.

I went to have labs and they were covered up with people.  They said try Friday early for a shorter wait.  Once they see my list they always put me at the end and let people who come in after me go first because it takes so long. So maybe Friday will work out.

They really are pressed when I go to my lab too. They have to look up every item and enter everything by hand. Then the vampire gets it and she has to go through and make sure she has all the right tubes and labels and butterfly needle thingies. Our lab will take walk-ins but it's better for everyone if people make appointments online. We DSrs really are high maintenance. I think I counted 21 tubes last time and 22 the time before that.

When I do my labs I go at 6:30 am when they first open. I'm the first person there.

all day meeting. my butt hurts from sitting.    the lunch they served wasn't much better.
