That was another key, I stayed off the scale for a few weeks. Also I thought okay if it is broken at least I've already lost a bunch of weight and am smaller then I've been I decades so I was contending with it if that was the case.
Thanks to everyone for your kind words thoughts and concerns. I am doing well, getting settled in the new job waiting for health care to kick in. Still a chance to return to previous job too so things are looking up a little. Much success to you all in your weight loss efforts.
