Sure wish the weekend had been longer!
Ordered vanilla nectar. I had some samples but can't buy it locally. Love the fuzzy naval but the chocolate truffle is a little too mild. Will doctor it up.

Way to go. I count today a success for me as well. My carbs were about 60 to 70 but I had zero sugary carbs, which is a true victory for me. That is going to be my first goal--to cut out sugary carbs. Once I feel like I have that under control I will add another goal. Here is my daily tally:
Breakfast: one scrambled egg with about 4 to 6 ounces of steak fajita meat. One corn tortilla and about 1 tablespoon of rice.
Lunch: about 4 to 6 ounces of meatloaf, greenbeans, and about 3 tablespoons of rice.
Snack: a cup of sugarless jello
Dinner: 4 crispy chicken taquitos with pico de gallo and a handful of fries with a diet coke.
Too many tortillas today, but my focus is staying away from sweets.
