If exercites can include cooking then I got some today - I get some exercites this way most days! ;-)

I was hungry today, so I pushed the protein and fluids.

Holy moly, no wonder I have gained. Look how many carbs I ate TRYING NOT to eat so many carbs! Note to self.  NO MORE AGAVE... NO MORE STARBUCKS.. and plan ahead for snackage on the road. sheesh

Your total numbers don't look bad at all but you don't want your carbs coming from sugar and foods that we absorb 100%. Hang in there, we can kick this grazing demon to the curb.
