Good Morning,

1 protein coffee and 1 protein shake  84g

Salami and Havarti Roll Ups and Bakenettes  56g

Protein Coffee and plain rice cake with PB  20g

Total  Protein 170,  fat 146g and carbs 23

Wow, did not realize the carbs in Peanut Butter!  I though nut were good?

Yep, peanuts are pretty carb-heavy but they also have fiber and if you're counting net carbs, you can subtract fiber grams from the total carb grams.

Hi everyone!  Been so busy lately that I need a little retail therapy.  So I'm heading out for a day of shopping for a bunch of stuff I don't need lol. Going out to dinner too....just not sure where yet.

B- 1 egg, 2 sausage links, cheese.  I also at 3 bites of my son's cereal when I poured it. Man I miss cereal!

B2- greek yogurt

L- Turkey bacon club sandwich on a flat-out roll, SF coleslaw

D- 

S- protein hot chocolate

4 calcium batches?  I thought you did 6?  I'm doing 6 right now and not finding it tough - I keep a box of calcium in the bathroom and take them at night too.

I take calcium at the end of my 2 big batches too, for a total of 6 doses for the day. 

Very nice protein for the day. You're doing awesome!

I'm curious...Greek yogurt is higher in carbs and sugar (fruit kind) than traditional yogurt. Which is better with the DS? If DSers have bathroom issues with carbs and sugar, why do so many eat Greek yogurt? Does it just not cause the same issues?

I buy plan 2% Fage Greek yogurt and add my own little organic blueberries and sweeten with Splenda or Truvia.
