Good Morning!  It is so good to be home!!!  I have to focus on protein like never before.  I'm starting the day out right, up early w/protein yogurt.

What is making me gain weight?  Just put on a pair of jeans I've been wearing and they are painted on.  I don't know what I am doing.  Atkiins meals?  Atkins bars? I've always eaten Atkins bars but now I am eating 2 some days.  The meals are a new addition.

Frustrated.

OK, so I weigh myself every Friday and this morning the scale says I lost 9 pounds! WTF? I don't believe it so I'm not posting this change until next week to see if it's real... I'm off to Bodega Bay for a girls weekend! So excited to get out... but a bit nervous to share a bathroom for the first time since surgery. I've got my poo-pourrie and sprays handy - wish me luck!

Bites:

B - an egg; 1 pc bacon; 1 oz cheese

S - almonds

L - sashimi

S - cheese and maybe something from the baby shower for a co-worker

D - lobster and salad


Vites - yep!
Cites - nope!

Hi Gina,
I think I've had food poisoning, have not been able to keep anything down for 24hrs. So.....no bites or vites. Took a nap after work and feel fine so sipping hot tea.

Lol. Maybe the scale will drop!

Good evening,

B: shake with 3 strawberries

S: almonds

L: hamburger, squash with cheese

S: yogurt and berries

D: pork chop, beans and cauliflower

S: shake with 1/2 banana, chocolate, peanut butter protein powder

I am wondering if I am taking in to much fruit? Weightloss is not happening at all, maybe I am just eating to much, help

8 oz WONDERFUL burger with 2 tomato slices

small house salad with TONS of cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

6 palm size slices of spiral ham

5 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup cottage cheese

 . . . & I might have some peanuts . . .
