It has been six weeks and a very stressful six weeks at that.  I have to give you all credit for your input and great advice as I try to lose the weight I regained in the last year.  Your support is amazing.

That said, I am glad to report that yes, finally, the scale moved.  I LOST 4 POUNDS...YEAH!!!!!

I am posting on bites and vites.  This is very helpful for me.  I have finally got to a doctor who has written an order for blood work which I will be doing today.  When I get the results back I will post them here.  Hopefully there is no serious deficiency and I can get a clear directions as to my supplements.

  I just hope I can keep the scale moving no that it is started.  Thanks
