Ugh, had half a gluten free muffin after posting last night, I say ugh coz it had me up a number of times last night (it's always during the night too so I don't get much sleep)... will I ever learn!? At least it was only half - before I definitely would've had the whole thing! :-S

Okay, I going to join in as much as possible for a little accountability. Since I'm not breastfeeding anymore, I've noticed my weight starting to creep up a few pounds. So, I've been going back to basics and avoiding carbs. While I was pregnant and breastfeeding, I actually had to add in carbs there for a while, but now, the party is over! I'm on Alaska time, so I'll be a little behind most of you, but I will try to edit things in throughout the day.
B-Iced Protein Coffee (25g) & 2 pcs. of cloud bread (8 g) toasted with butter, cinnamon and Xyla (I love this stuff in place of sugar, and it's good for your teeth too)!
S-Iced Protein Coffee (25g)
L-Low Carb Taco Soup (20g). This is so tasty and for those of you who aren't familiar with it, the recipe is from Linda's Low Carb Site, I double the ground beef amount to make it extra meaty for my husband and double protein for me!
S-more Taco Soup (20g)
D-Some type of moose dish (24g)
S-Protein bar (10g)

Planned: Atkins meal, popcorn, some more fried cheese
Exercise: Dog training is becoming more active. But I was too busy / lazy to walk.
It is going to be cold all weekend. I may hybernate.
