How far out are you and have you had any labs post-op? I went with Vitalady's plan when my surgeon's plan wasn't working. Link: http://www.gblcreations.com/Resources/Gina/ProgramDRNY_ERNY_ BPDDS3-2010.pdf But I only knew it wasn't working because I was tracking my labs and seeing the surgeon every 6 weeks trying to get certain labs up. He finally agreed to let me try Vitalady's plan at 9 months post-op and by 1 year post-op my labs were near perfect.

Ok, no particular order really required for those. I tend to take my calcium after I give my other vitamins a fighting chance for absorption. You could take your calcium separate from your multi and ADEK and give them more of a chance to be absorbed. Calcium is one vitamin than may block others, so if you can separate it that's good.

The ADEK is a combo of just those vitamins, but what happens if you can't bring your vitamin A up but everything else is fine? Some folks do fine with them but a lot more take each of those vitamins separately so they can adjust according to their labs. A multi or 2 won't be enough for a DSr to keep lab levels in range much less at optimal levels. We usually, almost always, need more doses of specific vitamins than multies provide. Our multies are just there to make sure we don't miss something...sort of a safety net.
