Hi Gina,
Fell off the low carb wagon yesterday but back on today. Went to Wine and Pallatte last night and had a wonderful time.
Of interest, our pregnant diabetics who are hospitalized are given a 265gram allotment of carbs daily! Guess what, it doesn't work,.....but it's the standard traditional thing.

L: egg salad, 1 slice WW bread, almonds
S: adkin's bar
D: fish, asparagus

265 grams of carbs for a diabetic? Are they crazy or just stupid?  {sigh}  I don't know how you stand it.

A little of both. The diabetic menu includes biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak, pancakes, etc. it's pathetic.
