B- greek yogurt

S- string cheese

S- baby carrots in dip

L- extra ham and cheese sandwich on flat-out roll with baby spinach, tomato, lots of mayo

S- SF coleslaw

D- Swedish meatballs, peas, 8oz glass of 2% milk

S- protein hot chocolate

*I am in LOVE with this whole wheat and flax flatout roll!!!  Nutrition facts for 1 roll (which is huge)...total carbs 15g, fiber 7g, protein 7g!!  7 grams of protein!  And it actually tastes good!  Now I'm not a super low-carber, and don't have food intolerances, so they won't work for everyone like they do for me.  But just thought I would share that because they are fantastic for such a low carb count.

Looks like you were able to keep the carbs low and the protein up.  I call that, success.
