S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (30g)
L - protein shake (30g)
S - JayRobb protein bar
D - crock pot BBQ chicken drum stick and mustard greens 
S - CarbSmart ice cream


VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: done

EXERCITES:
None, but I did avert disaster in our board room today.

Good morning

NIght shift: Not so good

11pm m and m peanuts and coffee

1am protein bar/ small bag of chips

3am 1/2 6in quesida

5am protein shake

nothing now till  after 4pm

fish for supper

tired and hungry because of boredom.

Hi, I have been following a diet plan for 5 weeks with no results.  My goals are 150g protein,  less than 40 carb and as much fat as possible.  It was suggested that I post daily here to see what advice you can give me.

1 protein coffee  19g   1 protein shake 64g

4 pepperoni sticks 7   1 protein coffee 19g

3 eggs fried in butter 20g  cheddar cheese  13g  cooked ham 18gm

cloud bread with cream cheese  10g

I track this on My Fitness Pal.  Daily totals were protein 152,  fat 158, carbs 22

I would really appreciate your help.   Thanks

How much water are you drinking/fluid consuming generally?

I get about 64oz daily between water and herbal tea.

Also, have you taken measurements?  You could be losing inches rather than pounds.

No I haven't taken measurements yet.  I sure don't feel any smaller though.

I use two.  Sunn Sports Nutrition Bio-Target Whey Isolate,Chocolate,  100% bio-available protein sweetened with stevia. 32gm protein per serving. 1g carb

Whey Factors 100% Natural whey, Vanilla, 17g protein per serving.  I find this one works better to make my protein coffees but will probably switch to the Sunn Sports unflavoured one.
