Check the ingredients on the shake. They have gotten real sneaky (fast and loose) with cheaper ingredients over the past year or so. There are only a handful of companies using whey protein isolate and sweetening with sucralose or stevia.  Also, try spreading those scoops out to 1 1/2 per shake.

Thanks, Gina.  I actually just didn't have time to make the protein shake this morning before I left, but will look at those ingredients.  It needs to be isolate to be absorabable & shouldn't have those "ol" endings (like malitol) - right?

Right, and you want whey protein isolate first in the list of ingredients rather than whey protein concentrate or something else. Isolate is easiest for us to absorb. I don't recall what the sweetener is called if it's Equal but that one doesn't agree with me.
