I make a slurry of vanilla protein powder (Syntrax Nectar), a dash of cinnamon, a packet of Truvia, 4-6oz of 1/2 & 1/2 or cream and water, then pour 8-10oz of hot brewed coffee over top. You can also use hot brewed chai tea (not the boxed mixes, regular chai tea from tea bags). You want to pour the hot liquid into a slurry of protein to keep the protein from getting too hot.

HAPPY MONDAY!!!!!!
BITES!
Meal 1- 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 oz. Mozz cheese, mushrooms/onions (all cooked in coconut oil)
Meal 2- Post Work-Out Protein Shake with 1/2 almond milk and 1/2 water
Meal 3- 2 oz. Tilapia (made with lemon pepper and cayenne pepper...MOUTH WATERING)
Meal 4- 2 oz. tuna , 3 tbsp. Trail Mix (My sweet tooth has been BAD and this is my weakness! ahhhh!)
Meal 5- Post PM Cardio 2 oz. grilled chicken and a little broccoli
I will have a casine protein shake before bed with water and some green tea
(WATER- 1 gallon)
- I have noticed I haven't been finishing my meals lately I find that I Get full a lot faster than usual
VITES
Took all of them like a good girl!
EXERCITES
AM Lift
Chest and Back (1 hour high intensity lift) including ABS
Took the dog for an hour long walk today (it was GORGEOUS OUTSIDE)
PM CARDIO
30 Minute treadmill. Incline @ 10.0, Speed @ 3.5

BITES:
20 oz coffee, 4 oz half & half, 3 scoops protein (60g)
2 eggs with cheese
2 cans of tuna with lots of mayo (2 meals)
chicken leg quarter
VITES:
4 batches done, missed iron batch
**Had pretty bad stomach & abdominal cramping, followed by 3 diarrhea trips. Felt pretty crappy for the better part of 1 hour. This happened about 5 hours after consuming the protein coffees - which I used to do in 2011, though that was a different brand. I will hesitantly try 1 scoop tomorrow instead of the 3 I had today. Does your stomach need to "adapt" to it - a slow increase?
