Monday is ~~~baaack~~~! 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (30g)
S - JayRobb bar
S - protein shake (30g)
L - bunless burger
S - 1 piece of cheese
D - leftover pot roast...actually I only got the veggies
S - CarbSmart ice cream


VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
omega 3: missed
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
walking

Good morning,

2 am almonds

3:30 am piece of sausage and 2 mini tomatoes and a 3  spoons of brown  rice

5 am protein shake with yogurt and berries and a bit of bran

4 pm protein shake with strawberries

8 pm  chicken breast

then graveyard shift again

I am getting in fruit but not a lot of veggies, is that a problem?

Well, fruit is much higher in sugars (fructose is sugar) than green veggies.  But, I like the fiber you're getting in. Fresh strawberries are about the best fruit you can eat for low fructose. Blueberries are good too.  Let's see how you do on the fruit and protein shakes. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I had a teeny walk at lunch.  Whilst it didn't snow today, there's a little snow left where it was piled up from clearing carparks, etc.  I want some warmth... maybe we should just all head to Florida!! ;-)

I got in one walk today too. It was warming up and I was able to escape my client for about 20 minutes. 

Your Bites are excellent. Very nice protein number.

Hi Gina,
Well, the winter storm is missing us by about 20 miles. Just a cold rain,
I ate everything I took to work and was still hungry. Besides being hungry, I just don't feel satisfied.
On the other side...in clothes, I'm really pleased with my PS. Pain pretty much gone. It pretty awful without clothes, though. LOL.

D: brok's pizza, wine

I was just checking the weather map to see if i****ing you. lol   Looks like you were getting the fringes. 

Nice looking Bites but I hear you about always wanting something more.

Hi guys.  Sorry I haven't been posting.  I've been super busy lately and hardly on the computer.

B- 3 sausage links

B2- tuna salad, 4 crackers

L- chicken ceasar salad with extra chicken and parmesan cheese

D- chicken enchilada soup with lots of cheese melted on top

S- 12oz glass of 2% milk and 6 Doritos

S- string cheese

I was so busy today!! 

Atkins breakfast bowl.  Tex-Mex.  It is like a Jimmy Dean sausage bowl but without the potatoes.

Reuben sandwich with extra meat and no bread

Sweet potato fries and ranch

Atkins bar

Dog training this morning for 1 hour

Tonight I am sitting on the couch and will be munching on egg/cheese "bread" (really more like a pastry puff), popcorn, peperonni, etc...

Tomorrow I drive 3.5 hours each way to lessons.
