I'm somewhere around 30 carbs so far today. You know, I would give almost anything for oatmeal with raisens and brown sugar or pancakes. Oh, well....

The cream cheese egg pancakes/ oopsie bread SAVE me.  I cover them in melted butter, cinamon and splenda or you could use SF syrup or lots of other things.  I make them almost every day.  Do you have the recipe?  I think they will cure your pancake craving.

I've tried the pancakes a couple of times but they don't agree with me....just sit in my stomach like a rock. I'm going to try the bread this week. It's actually a remake of an old adkin's recipe from a long time ago.

The "Bread" I make is light as air.  I eat the whole batch at one time and could eat 3.  Yumo.

nice thing about this post,  reading others bites.   gives me ideas for my own meals.  now i'm craving pot roast.  mmmmmm................

ruby tuesdays for early dinner:

salad bar.  bacon bits, ham, sunflower seeds, spinach, carrots, peas, hard boiled egg, few croutons, black olives w/blue cheese dressing,

bbq ribs

bacon wrap shrimp 3

1/2 very small baked potato

1/2 of an apple fritter

double protein coffee

deli ham/swiss rolled up with olives

double protein coffee

3 hershey's kisses

fluids:  maybe 70 oz

vites:  bedtime batch pending

lol  The pot roast was awesome. It was a nice chuck roast from Whole Foods. Grass fed, no antibiotics, etc.

Good evening

B1: protein shake and 3 strawberries

B2: 2 egg omelet just ham and one egg and one egg white

L: 2 pieces of chicken thighs

S: jelly beans and cheezies Only a bit but some all the same

D: sausage, cauliflower and a bit of rice

Back on graves tonight so took some yogurt with fruit and a protein drink and another piece of left over sausage

Good planning for your shift. I will try to follow your example today  and take some good things but try to curb the grazing.

Hi all!

BITES

Breakfast (rest. buffet):

  • one egg with cheese, palm-size slice of spiral ham, 1/2 cup beef sirloin tips with mushrooms/ gravy, 1/2 cup veggies, chicken wing, skin from chicken thigh & half the meat from the thigh. 
  • 3 cups of coffee (coffee was actually over a 4 hour period).  I used, in all, 1/3 cup half & half, 1/3 cup splenda

Lunch:

  • 1/3 cup tuna salad (lots of mayo & spices)
  • 3 one inch cubed cheese
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • The above was really grazing over a 2 hour period.  I was pretty full from such a big, late breakfast

Dinner:

  • 2 chicken wings, one chicken thigh

Snack:

  • 3 oz hard cheese
  • 1/3 cup honey peanuts (this was not the best choice - sigh)

Vites:

  • I only took half of my vites today.  Will do better on Monday.
