nice thing about this post, reading others bites. gives me ideas for my own meals. now i'm craving pot roast. mmmmmm................

salad bar. bacon bits, ham, sunflower seeds, spinach, carrots, peas, hard boiled egg, few croutons, black olives w/blue cheese dressing,
bbq ribs
bacon wrap shrimp 3
1/2 very small baked potato
1/2 of an apple fritter
double protein coffee
deli ham/swiss rolled up with olives
double protein coffee
3 hershey's kisses
fluids: maybe 70 oz
vites: bedtime batch pending

lol The pot roast was awesome. It was a nice chuck roast from Whole Foods. Grass fed, no antibiotics, etc.

Good evening
B1: protein shake and 3 strawberries
B2: 2 egg omelet just ham and one egg and one egg white
L: 2 pieces of chicken thighs
S: jelly beans and cheezies Only a bit but some all the same
D: sausage, cauliflower and a bit of rice
Back on graves tonight so took some yogurt with fruit and a protein drink and another piece of left over sausage
Good planning for your shift. I will try to follow your example today and take some good things but try to curb the grazing.

Hi all!
BITES
Breakfast (rest. buffet):
- one egg with cheese, palm-size slice of spiral ham, 1/2 cup beef sirloin tips with mushrooms/ gravy, 1/2 cup veggies, chicken wing, skin from chicken thigh & half the meat from the thigh.
- 3 cups of coffee (coffee was actually over a 4 hour period). I used, in all, 1/3 cup half & half, 1/3 cup splenda
Lunch:
- 1/3 cup tuna salad (lots of mayo & spices)
- 3 one inch cubed cheese
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- The above was really grazing over a 2 hour period. I was pretty full from such a big, late breakfast
Dinner:
- 2 chicken wings, one chicken thigh
Snack:
- 3 oz hard cheese
- 1/3 cup honey peanuts (this was not the best choice - sigh)
Vites:
- I only took half of my vites today. Will do better on Monday.
