Good luck to you also!! I also think eating at night, in general, contributed to my weight gain. I believe that our metabolisms are highest during the day & then fall at night as our bodies wind down. What sucks for me is that I don't get home from wor****il 11pm since I work second shift, then eat, get ready for bed, & am asleep less than 1 hr after eating - that's just no good!! I will have to start eating more around 8 - 9pm at work (I can do that) & taking both 2 meals with me to work & then just not eat late at night when I get home.

You can eat, it all depends on what you eat. Your body needs nutrition, and I'm sure if you are active that late it will adjust. Also Remember you can snack, on some good stuff. I actually enjoy my pepperoni and cheese or salami and cheese.....or greek yogart, sunflower seeds, and peanut butter....there is a ton of other stuff.

With such a short time to accompli**** I would say your best bet is the protein drinks. If you want to do it in a more realistic fashion that will take a little longer, but method you can live with - the high protein/low carb route.

OMG - yes on the pre-packaged Atkin's bars & the likes. I have found that the Nature Valley protein bars are a good compromise b/w protein, a sweet fix, and not too much gas - really! If I have 2 bars, I might let out a very small, mostly non-toxic fart - like 1 of them.
