my sweet hubs. he made me a snack today, maple bacon. think he understands my protein needs. what a great guy.

Family in Texas for volleyball so I'm having a nice quiet weekend. We have another winter storm predicted for Monday.
Guess I'm doing ok with my carbs. But a little light on the protein.. May do another shake or coffee before bed.

D; turkey, little salad, turnips with gravy small piece of lemon cake
found out coffee keeps me from sleeping so I am going to stop having coffee by 5pm unless I'm working the graveyard shift.
Very nice Bites. I thinking coming off coffee or making it decaf + regular might help. Do eat or drink protein before you try to go to sleep?

THIS IS MY FIRST POSTING ON BITES VITES AND EXERCITES!!! SO EXCITED!!
BITES
Meal 1- egg whites, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup sweet potato cubes, spinach
Meal 2- 2 tbsp. Almonds
Meal 3- Activia yogurt, packet of tuna
Meal 4- Rest of the breakfast I didn't finish
Meal 5- Tilapia, steamed spinach
VITES
ALL TAKEN! Started taking Green Tea Extract a few days ago and really like it!
EXERCITES
AM WORKOUT-Today was a cardio day. Did the Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance which is 30 minutes High Intensity Interval Training.
PM WORKOUT- 45 minutes on Treadmill Incline at 10.0 speed at 3.0
