stuck in the board room all day

Ugh cutting back on the iron tonight.  I added 2 x 60mg Tender iron to my liquid ferrous furmarate and I've been feeling bad for the last couple of days.  It took me a while to figure as I was looking at food as the culprit, but I think it's the iron.  I'll cut back to one and see how I do.  If not I may have to start taking some probiotics (I know they upset some people, so have them in the cupboard in case the need arises).

I see my consultant next month and I'll mention infusions, not that I think I'll get them 'til my levels drop more!! :-S

Some folks and Tender iron just don't agree no matter what they try. I hope cutting back work for you.

Question

i see you guys eat popcorn. Is their a particular brand or just any? I was thinking popcorn would have a lot of carbs.

I didn't touch popcorn until I was at goal. My popcorn is Pop Secret, Theater Butter, snack size, microwave.

I haven't lost anything these past 2 weeks... ugh. Could be my TOM or could be that I'm just a slooooow loser forever with or without the malabsorption... Should I cut back on one of my snacks? I just get hungry every 2-3 hours. Advice?

I usually jump on my elliptical 3 times a week. I think I need to get back to the gym - it's so hard to remotivate!

Finally feel well.
AND..my pants don't feel tight anymore and down 8, I'm not feeling panicked anymore. . Still hunger though
Got cleared by my PS today.

D: brok's. Pizza. ( don't remember the counts), wine 0/8

Wow! I haven't had many carbs today. Didn't realize.
