Yay - I'm second on the thread, I can't believe how early everyone posts their bites... I tend to do it when the evening meal's in the oven and about to become a reality!! :-D

I was hungry today and I risked 1/2 a PB cookie.  I've ordered another whoopie pie pan so I really can mass make the pancakes he he!! kiss

I went looking online for those special pans and was wondering if you used whoopie pie pans. lol

Hi Gina,
Been sick for the last 24hrs....ugh. Only made it at work 2 hrs and spent the rest of the day in bed.
Made a shake using almond milk and a sample of fuzzy naval. Turned out good.
Are you potentially affected by these March budget cuts?

Yogurt. 20/8

Oh! What a good idea for the Fuzzy Navel protein. I have some and didn't know how it would work with a creamy base.

We've been assured our contract is funded for the year. I trust no one and next year is a mystery. 

You did great today even though I know you're not feeling well. Nice job on the carbs.

I could 't eat until about noon then started getting hingry. Didn't want to over do it.

I like the shake so well, I think I'll go buy a can of the fuzzy naval. Next time I'm going to add either some crystal light orange or something similar.

Glad your job is secure for now.

See the PS for my 4wk check tomorrow. I'm pleased so far.

Good evening:

B: protein shake with 3 strawberries and 1/2 banana

S: chips and dip

L; protein bar

S; one piece of chocolate (small)

D:; meatballs in mushroom gravy

S: celery and pb and almonds

vite: still need supper and bedtime when I get off work tonight

exercites nothing, but starting to make a plan
