Evil band to ds?

I had the band too.  So nice to have it gone, I eat whatever and don't have to worry about things getting stuck.  I'm 5 months out, and I've only thrown up once.  And that was when I was post op and didn't check well enough for my post op stomach.  Smelly poops, but no uncontrollable diarrhea except when I eat really truly greasy food.  Don't get me wrong, at first it's bad, but my surgeon had me on all liquid for 3 or 4 weeks, liquid in/liquid out.  But once I started on solids, it pretty must resolved.  And I don't do greasy so it's rarely a problem.

Now, my aunt had RNY and her dumping was way worse compared to anything I experienced.  I had the DS because I have small children and didn't want to stress that eating something that had a little sugar or fat in it would hit me while caring for them at home alone.  I've seen someone dump, it's more than just throwing up or diarrhea.  It makes you light headed, dizzy, can make your heart race.  I'd take a little loose stool over that while caring for kids anyday.
