Atkins frozen dinner (I hope these things don't kill me)

Popcorn

Egg/cheese "bread"

Walked the dogs 1.4 miles

Going now to train for 45 minutes.

Out of town tomorrow - Saturday.  See ya'll Sunday!  I'll be low carbing while gone to try to avoid gas in public!!!!!

Cold with a little snow with sleet, freezing rain for tomorrow.
Writing for the eating /hunger to get better. Haven't felt too god today, so planning to go to bed early.

i survived the "candy office".  only old stale christmas candy.  you know, the broken candy canes, and the hard yucky candy that solidifies in one solid mass that no one wants to eat.  lol.

That candy office must have some real issues. lol  I'm glad they had sabotaged the candy or hidden the good stuff from you. You did great with your Bites. Good for you!
