***Tuesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Getting this travel thing down.

Bites:

Inside of two bacon egg and cheese biscuits (no bread)

Ham/cheese/mayo "sandwich"

Atkins bar

Inside only of double cheeseburger with mayo only (no bread)

Dinner will be an Atkins frozen dinner because I'm exhausted and desert will be egg/cheese bread (my new addiction).

I was on my feet from 11-2:30 dog training but no walk today.

Whatever I am doing is maintaining my weight so I will keep doing it.  I am wearing my small clothes which was my goal at Thanksgiving.

Vites:  All in because I use a kitchen timer to remind me to take my many doses per day.

Don't you love it when a plan comes together?  Sounds like things are going really well.

Gail,

I am learning no carb ways to get my carb "fix."  I love the egg/cheese "oopsie" bread with splenda and cinamon. I also like my fried cheese "french toast."  Those two along with my splenda/SFjelly Greek yogurt pretty much keep me happy with the low carbing.  I'm always on the lookout for faux bread ideas as that is what I really miss.  I also eat very dark chocolate (which has very few carbs) when I am on a chocolate hunt.

Hope this helps.  I think you are doing great.

It only works with Queso Blanco.  Thick slices in a ton of hot butter in a small pan.  Try it if you can find Queso Blanco.  The other Mexican Cheeses melt.  Is that what happened?
