I tend to graze less at work as it seems I need the structured time away from my pantry and fridge!
Bites:
B - protein coffee
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds
L - Tyson Tequila and Lime wings(3 oz); salad with yogurt dressing
S - Turkey jerky
D - salmon on spinach salad (hubs pan fried salmon last night and it was soooo yummy!)
S - cheese crisps and nuts and more cheese and maybe some popcorn
Vites: yep!
Cites: 30 min on elliptical this morning before work - would like to hit gym tonight if hubs can motivate!

Hi, good afternoon - I was waiting for this forum to come on before I got off my night shift, but didn't so here goes
S: almonds midnight
B: yogurt and berries 3am
B small can of ham with 4 crackers
L: creamcheese pancakes/ 2 sausages and 1 egg - son helped eat it, just couldn't do it all
D: meatloaf and cauliflower potatoes

B- 1 egg, SF coleslaw
B2- chicken salad
L- salad with chicken, and lots of cheese with ranch dressing, 2 cherry tomatoes, diet pop
D- Spaghetti with meat sauce covered in 1/3 cup of cheddar cheese ate about 1/4 cup of noodles
S- small glass of milk

Sounds good! You did just fine today. Don't beat yourself up over 1/4 cup of spaghetti.

It's been a bit of a rough day. Wondering if I should get my EGD sooner than April. I did get my haircut. WOW! I just hope I can do it myself. About 3" off but it still has length. I'm ok with it.

I could go to my old GI Dr who can get me in sooner but she really doesn't get the DS. I think I'm going to request a CT scan. I started having pain lower abdomen yesterday. If it was pre-op, I'd know it was Diverticulitis or PCOS. I have no clue what it is. The pain has lightened up by about 1/2. Day before yesterday, I tried to eat some Muenster cheese again. (Sucks when I love cheese so much that I can't tolerate it now). I kind of thought it was that. I've gone to the bathroom. It's in the lower colon though. Strange! I'm going to call my Dr in a little while when they open.
