When my hair kept falling out, I had my thyroid checked. My medication needed adjustment and now my hair is getting back to normal. Your needs as a lapbander are vastly different from those of us with the DS, as we do not absorb many of our supplements well and must constantly adjust. I can't offer advice there. Good luck.

I usually do get advice from you all.  I am not asking how much too take just a good kind of vitamin to take.

I no longer will go to the doctor.  They just don't get it.

But thanks for reading.

Actually, this should help: http://www.gblcreations.com/Resources/Gina/ProgramAGB&VSG2-2 010.pdf

It's vitalady's list for the lapband and sleeve.

You might want to try Cal1000 Complete from Puritan.  2 piils a day for you.  And you get a good part of your calcium too.
