Vitamin Deficiency Ha****
i just noticed where you lived...lived in Marietta, Ga...went to Chiro school there;) Anyways...yes MRI will show muscles, inflammation.....CT will show everything.....muscle, inflammation, blood flow, etc. The psoas muscle (announced SO-AS) is in the pelvic crease you are describing......Honestly DIVA..and this is coming from just me but I would go to your MD and ask for a CT scan.....you are paying for it.....might as well go for the gusto. If you are in that much pain you need to get it completely checked out. If your adjustments are not helping you.....and you have gotten to a point where you cannot hold your weight on your hip joint.....I would not touch you with a 10 foot pole. ....not until you were fully examined....meaning with a CT. I do hope you feel better. The sciatic nerve does not prsent on the anterior portion of your hip (front).....it runs from the sacroiliac joint all the way down to your foot...actually hooks under the heel. That tennis ball BS.....don't do it...not with the pain you are describing....keep me posted.
Be careful with adding B's...not enough B12 is as BAD as too much B6. Find out which ones are low and add those individually!

Wow, hope all resolves quickly for you. Just got a call from a good friend of mine in NYC (one of the few that I share more personal stuff with). I had shared with her my suspicion/admission that I though vitamin deficiency was playing real big here. She left me a message that her brother, who had RNY a couple years ago, collapsed last week due to dehydration, b12 deficiency and other things. He's having to get the shots and had to have fluids at the ER. Vitamin deficiency is no laughing matter at all. I never thought it was, but I must be honest that when there's a lot going on in my life as it is now, I neglect myself, but this really got my attention. Praying for you.
Jojo
I hate that you are in so much pain. But glad you are working on getting to the bottom of the problem.
