If only almonds could count as a lot of protein... LOL It's been an almond day!
BITES: (DS WL Mode)
B - Yoplait Yogurt (no added protein just needed it in my tummy) (5g)
2nd B - 1 turkey link, 1/2 sausage patty (12g)
L - 9 shrimp (40g)
S - Almonds (I've eaten 1/2 of an 8oz bag) - Slivered almonds - I hope this is ok! (10g - I put them in baggies and threw away the bag, they are from Trader Joe's)
S - Blackberries (10 or so)
S- Greek Yogurt w/protein (39g)
D - Greek yogurt w/protein (39g)
S - Dark Chocolate w/Sea Salt (1/4 of a bar)
S - ?
I also will snack on dill pickles while at work, not sure how they fit in here.

I work shift work 7-3 / 3-11 and the 11 -7 it varies every week. I don't generally eat during the night, I have yogurt and berries or some kind of light meal, Then a shake at 5 am then home to bed, I can't even do coffee in the morning till after my sleep. Then I want coffee, and I am just getting into these cream cheese pancakes, they sit well for me I am going to have them with a couple breakfast sausages, later today. I will switch my supper to breakfast for the next 2 night shifts and light meals again in the middle of the night. So I don't eat a lot on these shifts.
