Hi all, been a few days, but I'm back
B 1protein shake with 3 strawberries
B2creamcheese pancakes with pb and sf syrup
S a few cheezies and pretzel and diet pop, we play scrabble -
S snacked on carrots and snap peas
L sausage and squash
D pork and perogies with sour cream
most pills done
working graves for the next 3 nights so not sure what my 2am meal will be
I don't know how you DSrs that work crazy shifts do it. Would love to see some helpful hints posted for folks wondering how to do it.

Hi guys. Starting at a new job tomorrow. I'm going from making my own schedule to actually having to put in a 40/hr week again (the horrors!!! lol). I'll be working 2nd shift too...so no more dinners at home. We'll see how long it takes me to figure out a new routine with food and vites.
B- 2 sausage links
B2- most of a greek yogurt cup (flavored one)
L- ham and cheese on 1/2 WW pita, SF coleslaw
S- couple cashews, small glass of 2% milk
D- leftover beef roast with onion gravy, small glass of 2% milk
S- protein hot chocolate (15g)
Lap DS with Dr. Kemmeter 12/17/12
HW: 274.5 -- SW: 266 -- GW: 130?
