Hi guys. Not the best protein day! My tummy was grumpy this morning. On a positive note though, the cafeteria's salad bar at my new job is fantastic! Got a loaded up salad, a can of diet pop, and a small bag of chips (only ate 3) for $1.80!!! You can't beat that. I very rarely ate at the cafeteria at my last job because the food was so expensive. Too bad when I'm done training and go to evenings and nights, it will be closed :(
B- about 3/4 of an adkins snack-size bar
B2- few sips of a protein hot chocolate....just wasn't going down well
L- Salad with a little lettuce and lots of cheese, ham, and a hardboiled egg with ranch dressing. 3 potato chips
S- small handful of cashews
D- 1/2 chicken breast in mushroom cream sauce, 2 roasted asparagus spears.
S- glass of 2% milk

HW: 274.5 -- SW: 266 -- GW: 130?
Wow! That is a good deal. That meal would have cost DH $6 bucks working for a federal agency in DC. Same at the Pentagon when I was there. I hope you can figure something out when you work nights. Nice Bites!
