Great plan and schedule. If you could get another 2 couple of shakes, that would be great, but you're doing fine.

Duh, left my pancakes in the fridge this morning (so had them when I got home - yum).  Mainly relied on a big hunk a cheese I had with me, so my protein coulda been higher for a work day, but it was a good come back.  I blame your post about forgetting stuff!!  You said something like if we forgot our food then things must be bad... I'd never done it 'til that day and now I've done it twice!!  When's it Friday kiss

Hey Huneypie,

I was thinking about making the pancakes again this week.  I was thinking to make a triple batch.  How long will they last in the fridge?  I doubt I would freeze them...

Thanks!

The longest I've had them in the fridge is a week, I've not tried any longer. They also freeze fine.

Hi Bites friends,

Peanut butter on rice cakes.  I haven't done this in a long time.  I know it is a bunch of carbs.

Atkins bar

Diet hot chocolate

Burgers with cheese (no bread)

Greek yogurt made with SF jelly and splenda

Egg/cream cheese "bread" with butter and cinamon

Vites check.

Exercise: not my full 1.4 miles.  It was too windy and cold.  But then I did prune one of my crepe myrtles and hauled the limbs so there is that.

Tomorrow I travel: 7 hours of driving 2.5 hours of dog training.  I will take my lunch.  Now they say it is going to be storming.  I didn't go LAST week because of rain.  The rain can't stop me tomorrow because I am delivering frozen dog food to someone.  So that is good.  It will force me to get up and get going.
