Oh Gina, my family goes nuts for it! I make it a few times a month and eat if for days! I add a beef boullion cube and a corn starch slurry to all the onion juice from cooking and it makes the most wonderful gravy! Probably a bit carby from the onions...but for some reason I can put away a ton of the meat when it has that gravy on it so I figure it equals out :)

I make my chuck roast very much the same. I use Lipton's onion soup mix to season the meat and I make a gravy with the drippings, beef stock, and gluten free baking mix. Love the gravy but I have to keep it mind it isn't low carb just gluten free.

I keep meaning to try sour cream with my fried chicken as you have it. Fixed fried chicken last night and missed my chance. Your Bites look great and I hope you never burn out on those pancakes-- they seem to be perfect for you.

I'm sure Roz knows you kicked of the thread as a friend no other intent. I hope I don't burn out on the pancakes either. i got sick of chili in the summer, but I think it's a winter dish for me... we'll see.

L - 1/2 tostado salad with beef and a bunch of tortilla chips with salsa

B - protein shake 50gms, piece of cheese
L - 2 oz catfish in bacon grease/butter with key lime squirt
D - Brown Cow plain yogurt
D2 - protein shake 50gms
Tons of Vits till I hit one that gave me rightious gas - had to take Gas-X then Hydrocodene and lay down.
Exercise: Pulled stove out, balanced the feet, scrubbed it down, scrubbed floor/wall. 17 yrs of grime - Mr Clean eraser really does work. No one is allowed to use it. It glows...

My family has been redoing my computer room today....took our carpet, new paint and new flooring. I'm so excited!
Bad carb day, as usual. I just need to suck it up starting tomorrow.

D: BBQ pork on 1/2 ban, salad, few strawberries in cream
