 Hope you all are having a great day!  I was out yesterday, so it was not a good day for protein or hydration (I had a bottle of water with me but was too busy/stressed and forgot to drink it).  I woke up and knew with my mouth being as dry as what it was, I better start getting fluids in me.  Trying to play catch up today.  I'm doing it!

BITES: (DS WL Mode)
B - 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of sausage (26g)
S - Greek Yogurt w/protein added (39g)
S - NutThins
L - 4oz Salmon (28g)
S - Greek Yogurt w/protein added (39g)
D -  2eggs (the plan) (12g)
S - Yoplait Yogurt w/protein added (26g) (the plan)

Sounds great! Protein enhanced yogurt and salmon are great protein sources.  : )

Gina,

I am having my labs done the end of this month.  We will see how adding the additional protein this way has helped!  Plus my D!

Your protein count is putting me to shame... although I do have to protest at 'nada' for your execites... what about your pooch?! ;-)

I took her out to walk this morning, she just wanted to stay in the yard (I think it was too cold).  We'll see this evening what she wants.  I think she walks me more than I walk her. If she keeps going, I keep going etc.   LOL!

This Greek Protein I found is great at 18grams of protein then put a scoop in at another 21 g  mixed with a little almond milk and it's wonderful!

Hi guys :)

B- greek yogurt

S- handful of cashews

L- Ham and cheese sandwich on 1/2 WW pita, and a pickle spear

S- String cheese, cashews

D- EN's hunk o' critter with beef roast smothered in the onion gravy, broccoli and red peppers in a olive oil/herb sauce

S-small salad with ham, cheese, and a hardboiled egg w/ poppyseed dressing
