D - may be going out--not sure yet--stayed home and fixed gluten free chicken tenders and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Majormom,

I am so sorry to bother you but I have been going through looking for your recipe for your protein coffees....can you post it again> I cannot find it!!!! I tried making mine with the unflavored unjury protein...YUCK!

Brew a pot of coffee

In a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 4-6oz 1/2 & 1/2, or 2oz of heavy whipping cream and 2oz of water, add a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, a packet of Truvia. Shake about 4 seconds. Pour in to a huge mug. Add hot coffee on top of the cool protein. Stir.

Looks good. Did you stick with the chicken salad?  We canceled going out tonight. That's probably a good thing though.

I had chicken gorgonzola with a side salad so the protein is about the same.

today was a little better. had a nice valentine's party for the residents where i work.  the turn out was good.

double protein coffee

8 slices turkey bacon

hard boiled egg

amlonds

double protein coffee

chick-fila spicy sandwich 80% bun removed

few chips

3 extremely large shrimp

mini crab cake

steak & cheese wontons

few bites of lemon cake

3 eggs poached in 1/2 & 1/2
8 pc bacon
toasted cheese sandwich on Hemp bread
1 cup egg salad
1 cup cottage cheese w diced pear
3 bowls cabbage soup with lots of ground beef
1 pc corn bread and lots of butter
Dream pancakes dipped in dark choc sprinkled with chopped pecans
greek yogurt w chia and hemp seeds

Vites: yes
Cites: dog walk, hooped 10 minutes w heavy hoop
