Hi guys.
B1- Adkins snack bar, 2 small glasses of whole milk
B2- Raspberry greek yogurt
L- Ham and cheese sandwich in 1/2 a WW pita
S-Cashews and string cheese
D- sirloin topped with butter, 4 baby carrots in ranch dip, small glass of whole milk
S-protein hot chocolate
I've been on a bit of a milk kick today! I used to drink it all the time pre-op. And while it's great protein, it's still a bit carb heavy. I think next time I go shopping I will stop at Kroger and try to find the carbsmart milk and give it a try.
