HELP!! I absolutely have to cut back one my carbs big time but I get so hungry and I don't know what to eat since there's so much I can't eat.
I'm starting to panic!
B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: trail mix
S: muffin
L: few bites beef and barlley soup....didn't go down too good
D: ham salad
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work, off to basketball and climbing stairs
Oh, man! What can you do? I need to do something different too.

Hope everyone had a nice Valentine's Day :)
B1- about 2/3 of a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit (minus most of the biscuit)
B2- greek yogurt
L- ham and cheese sandwich on 1/2 WW pita
S- cashews, 4 baby carrots in dip, couple M&Ms
D- chicken salad on bed of lettuce with a few cherry tomatoes
S- may try to get in a protein hot chocolate, but I'm pretty tired so I wouldn't put any bets on it
