I have been using Fit Day to track my daily intake but I am finding their site very slow. Does anyone recommend another site?

I used to use fit day.... switched to myfitnesspal and it is way better!

Definitely myfitnesspal! You can also link it to other apps like exercise or pedometer apps to keep track of your fitness goals.
I use MedHelp and also Lose It!
