Has anyone had...
Has anyone ever tried the Atkins all purpose baking flour? It says it has 20g protein, 1g sugar, 150 calories, and only 5g of net carbs? I guess you can use in instead of flour to make bread, pancakes, and pretty much anything... I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it's good, or if it is something we can have?
I haven't but one of my friends on another board uses it. She says it has a bit of sour taste like sour dough bread but you get used to it pretty quickly.
