No carb bread/buns

"french toast"?

Thick sliced Queso Blanco fried in butter.  I use splenda and SF syrup on it and to dip it in.  It's a staple here.  I used to buy huge blocks of it at Sam's Club.  Here I finally found a Publix (high end grocery) to order it for me when I run out.

Ah, OK.  Never before thought of fried Queso Blanco as "french toast" but will now.
