Diet hot chocolate made with heavy cream and SF whipped cream
Okay that is terrible. Sometimes I just don't "see" it until I write it down. Going to eat something with some more protein before bed.
It is supposed to rain all day tomorrow too. I don't live near anywhere to walk inside. Grrrr. Dogs hate it more than I do.
Major Mom...thanks for doing this thread. How many years now? I know I haven't always used it but it is here when I need it and I am grateful.

I don't like walking in the rain in the winter either. I'd rather have a little snow than rain. I hope you got in some more protein after you posted. I think I've been doing this for 3 years or so. I remember taking it over from Vicky but I don't remember when...long time. lol

Well I remembered that I ate a taco salad: meat, cheese, sour cream and lettuce with salsa ( and 3 corn chips) for lunch so ther was a lot of protein in that. Then after my last post I had an atkins frozen which has around 25-30 so I did fine yesterday after all. Today I am home all day so I will eaither eat my head off or not eat enough. You were doing B&V when I started coming here in June 2009.

B - protein coffee
S - Fage with blueberries and slivered almonds
L - 2 chicken thighs and salad
S - a whole ton of cheese! Some almonds and peanuts & sunflower seeds
D - 4 oz steak with broccoli and mushrooms with melted cheese (can't seem to get enough cheese today)
S - 2 tbl spoons peanut butter with a tsp of SF fudge
Vites: yep! Cites: nope!
