1/2 meatloaf samich w/ rye toast, ketchup & american cheese

mini carrots

few chips

macadamia nuts

3 girl scout cookies

toppings off 3 slices of pepperoni pizza piled onto 1 slice (also added bacon)

B - 1 protein yogurt (25g)
S - 2 eggs (12g)
S - Nut Thins
L - protein yogurt (39g)
D - 3 tops of Nachos & 1 Nacho at On The Border (25g) (Chicken & Cheese)

S - 1 protein yogurt (25g)

S - 3 tops of Nachos (from the take out) (20g)

S - 1/4 cup Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream

VITES:

morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 2 of 4
omega 3: done
iron:
evening batch: done

EXERCITES:
2 dog walks, 1 taking dog outside

Vites check

Exercise none... hate days when I can't walk (rain)

Bites:

Popcorn

Cheese french toast

Atkins bar

Diet hot chocolate made with heavy cream and SF whipped cream

Okay that is terrible.  Sometimes I just don't "see" it until I write it down.  Going to eat something with some more protein before bed.

It is supposed to rain all day tomorrow too.  I don't live near anywhere to walk inside.  Grrrr.  Dogs hate it more than I do.

Major Mom...thanks for doing this thread.  How many years now?  I know I haven't always used it but it is here when I need it and I am grateful.

I don't like walking in the rain in the winter either. I'd rather have a little snow than rain. I hope you got in some more protein after you posted. I think I've been doing this for 3 years or so. I remember taking it over from Vicky but I don't remember when...long time. lol

Well I remembered that I ate a taco salad: meat, cheese, sour cream and lettuce with salsa ( and 3 corn chips) for lunch so ther was a lot of protein in that.  Then after my last post I had an atkins frozen which has around 25-30 so I did fine yesterday after all.  Today I am home all day so I will eaither eat my head off or not eat enough.  You were doing B&V when I started coming here in June 2009.

Posting late! I was a bottomless pit today! Oy vey...

Bites:
B - protein coffee
S - Fage with blueberries and slivered almonds
L - 2 chicken thighs and salad
S - a whole ton of cheese! Some almonds and peanuts & sunflower seeds
D - 4 oz steak with broccoli and mushrooms with melted cheese (can't seem to get enough cheese today)
S - 2 tbl spoons peanut butter with a tsp of SF fudge

Vites: yep! Cites: nope!
