Yeah, 5 batches might be plenty. I'm not sure about the type of calcium citrate in the Bone Booster. Is it elemental calcium?

What were you saying about forgetting things?   ; )

It's calcium hydroxyapatite.  How do you work out what's elemental or is it only with citrate?  Below's a list of what's in it which should be on this link if it comes out funny below http://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-bone-booster-complex-with-m cha-vitamin-d

BTW good news is it has boron and I was taking double what's below (so 6mg).  A Vitalady starter pack is enrout to me, but I was thinking of carrying on with this in addition.  So that'll be 1,800mg calcium citrate from Vitalady.  I'd shoot for 2-3 batches of Bone Booster Complex in addition to the citrate so that'd be an additional ~1,200 - 2,000mg.

I think you're spot on. I am fully in favor of using a variety. The hydroxipate + calcium citrate is a good thing. Yeah, the doses of the other elements are pretty small and adding the basic Vitalady plan in the doses you're talking about is perfect.

Hi everyone :)

I found a package of angus top sirloins in 3oz portions at the store and they look like little filet mignons for less than $1 a steak!  Cooked one up today and it was so tender and juicy.  I would have never guessed it was sirloin.  This may be a new staple for lunch!

B1- greek yogurt

B2- Adkins hazelnut/chocolate bar (6g) Very tasty btw!

S- cashews

L- My little sirloin topped with butter, 4 baby carrots and 2 cherry tomatoes in veggie dip

S- more cashews

D-  Chili (no beans) with loads of cheese and couple bites of cornbread with butter

S- protein hot chocolate (15g)
