I have never posted my "exercites" because I really had no way to know much about it OR I wasn't doing any. But I have been walking almost every day and I finally took the time to drive my walk path to see how far I walk and it is 1.4 miles!! So woot for me!!!
I have no idea what I will eat tody. Had the worst stress of my life last night as I thought I had lost my dog. Alls well that ends well except my body still has that adrenelin I think as I feel terrible today. Or maybe this is my first post DS hangover.

I would have been totally distraught too. I'm glad you found your dog. You're doing great with your Exercites, the goal is to get moving, which you are doing. (((hugs)))

As it turns out we have a restaurant here in DC known for their Peri Peri chicken...I had to Google it. lol Also wanted to see a recipe for it, OMG it sounds awesome! http://allrecipes.com/recipe/peri-peri-african-chicken/
Piri-piri chicken is a spicy dish with roots in both Africa and Portugal. The dish was created in Angola and Mozambique when Portuguese settlers arrived with chile peppers (known as piri-piri in Swahili). Timing note: The chicken needs to marinate for at least four hours before being grilled.

Oops, glad you worked out it was really Piri Piri. I didn't cook the chicken for 4 hours. I used this instead (I'm moving towards actual cooking - maybe one day!). Just 45 minutes in the over in a plastic bag so the oven dish comes out pretty clean!! :-D

HP, I think you are headed to be a gourmet DS'r! You do much better than me cooking... :-) I do good to make my eggs on my off days - I do 2 days at a time and stick them in the fridge so I don't have to do it the next day. LOL!
You do great! I still have to try those pancakes! I'm off for the next 5 days so maybe I will find some time!
Hope you are having a great day!
