M1:  Protein Coffee (w/heavy cream) 50g

M2: Protein Shake (w/heavy cream & sf Hershey's Strawberry) 50g

M3: dont know, maybe some fish or chicken

M4: Protein Shake ( sf chai tea) 50g

 

Cites: approx  10k steps

Is the Hershey's strawberry a SF syrup? I need to look for that. Would love to find SF Hershey's chocolate and raspberry.

Yes ma'am.  Chocolate and Strawberry.  Chocolate has 5g carbs 4 g sugar alcohols so 1 net carb. strawberry has 4g carbs/4 sugar alcohols so 0 net carbs.  Walmart has them. As should Kroger and other major grocer's.

Where do you all get your protein coffees???? Or do you make them?

I make them with a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder, 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, a dash of cinnamon and packet of Truvia. Pour 8-10oz of hot brewed coffee over top of the protein slurry and stir.  broken heart

We were lucky--it missed us. We had some icy rain yesterday morning but by the late afternoon it warmed up to about 38 degrees and got sunny.  Crazy weather!

Awesome looking Bites with all the sea food. Good job!
