Inside of a sandwich: provolone, turkey, salami, ham and pastrami (ditched the bread), few bites of fruit salad
Meatloaf, few bites of baked potato, salad
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: lots of craziness at work, grocery shopping, laundry tonight and a dental checkup
Look for cheese soup if you can't find cream of shrimp. Just season with Old Bay and see how that works.

S: Krispy Kreme donut (whoops!)
S: a bunch of ****tail peanuts
L: BBQ lunch catered at work. I ate half the bun and a bunch of shredded beef and pork and some coleslaw.
S: sugar cookie (whoops! again) Ok...I had 2. I'm not gonna lie.
S: salad with a bunch o' ranch dressing
S: a couple chunks o' leftover ham
D: a can of Campbell's Tuscan Soup (meh...it was OK)
I haven't been in the habit of counting calories, carbs or grams of protein for SO long! This is going to take time!
Vites? I'm lucky I remembered to take my Prozac. Tomorrow will be a better day. LOL
Cites? Hmm. I wrestled with my collie. Does that count?

Glad you didn't get the 3'--that is no fun. It totally missed us. It had warmed up and got sunny yesterday afternoon after drizzling ice water all morning.
