If you have never lived in Atlanta, you will love it! It is the "Manhattan of the South".
I lived there a long time ago.
Here is a Dr who does the DS swit*****ennesaw (an Atlanta suburb)

Best of Luck to you!

Doing better today. Already had a whole block of Queso Blanco fried for "french toast" and a whole bag of Mini Bell Cheeses. I have 2 burgers marinating and am going to eat them. I guess (hope) I have started to turn the corner and will be able to eat again. I am having a day on and a day off the vites. I'm sure I will get back on schedule with them soon.
This has been rough. I appreciate everyone's support.
Edited to add: Apparently blue berries are the food with the most antioxidents. I need ideas on how to use them as I don't really like to just eat them. I want to add them to my diet. I am also going to increase the fish I eat because I really can't afford that fancy Omega 3/6 that we can absorb. Although it tasted yummy.

Becky,
Not sure how low-carb you want to stay, but I had saved this recipe for coconut flour blueberry muffins a while ago. I haven't tried them since I'm trying to save them until I reach goal or if I just have to have a muffin. But I thought I would share.

Another idea for using them would be to use them in your syrup for your fried cheese to make blueberry syrup.

I'm so glad you're having a good day.
The last 3 dietitians, I actually listened to, recommended fresh or frozen blueberries. They're good for you! : )

They are the food highest in antioxidents. I don't like them but I'm going to try to figure out a way to eat them. I wonder if we absorb them and how many carbs they have. I'm also going to increase my fish intake.
I had loads of cheese and two burgers today. My appetite seems to be returning which must mean I am progressing through the grief.

Blueberries are nice with Greek yogurt or just some Splenda and heavy cream, yum!!

Hi guys
B-4 sausage links
B2- Adkins shake (15g)
S- hard-boiled egg
L- 3 boneless buffalo wings dipped in ranch dressing
S- 5 potato chips in dip (my biggest weakness!!!!)
D- Will be making spaghetti with meat sauce for the family. I don't really feel like going to the store for a spaghetti squash, so I'll probably just eat the sauce with lots of cheese and couple bites of noodles.
S- Going to try to get down a protein hot chocolate (15g)

Sounds like a good plan. I especially like the wings and ranch.
