Hi everyone!
Gina, I'm not a big fan of the texture of shrimp...but your dinner sounds yummy!!! I should try making that with crab sometime.
B- (slept in LATE) 1/2 of a Wendy's Son of a Baconator sandwich minus top bun. Few fries.
L- other half of the burger (which was still darn good even reheated!)
S- hard boiled egg
D- will be making parmesan-coated chicken and green beans
S- try to get down the last adkins shake I bought.

I agree....your dinner sounds wonderful!!! Do you make your own?
Fell off th wagon today..... Ate breakfast at 5:30a and didn't get lunch till 2p.
And..,we have a new cafe/deli place that opened inside the hospital.
B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: (very late) muffin
L: (very very late) egg salad, 1 slice WW bread
S: Adkins cranberry almond bar
D: chilli lime wings, salad, glass of wine
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: just work
I use Campbell's cream of shrimp soup as a base and add a couple of pound of shrimp, almost double the amount of 1/2 & 1/2, Old Bay seasoning, extra cheddar cheese, chopped chives, and crumbled bacon.
Hang in there. We both need to watch the carbs and be strong.

I used 2 cans of soup and 3 cans of 1/2 & 1/2. You may want to play with the soup to 1/2 & 1/2 ratio.
