"Striiv"-ing for Excellence
Www.striiv.com

If you have the app on your phone then you can find it there. It's called striiv. It's kind of fun and your and your friends can form exercise teams, set a goal and work together or even compete against each other, it updates when you use it and its fairly accurate. Plus, it's free. It'd be I interesting of some doctors made patients agree to use this so they can keep tabs on there exercise. 10k steps per day is the way....
Sounds good. You want to post the number of steps we do per day on Bites&Vites?

That sounds good but I'll leave that up to you folk. I'm just suggesting a group of us regular posters do this as a club sort of thing to encourage each other and on that striiv app you can actually see when your friends are moving and send words of encouragement or admonishion to get moving. Once you install the app you'll see what I mean. It's not 100% accurate but it's close enough. With myfitnesspal I've adjusted my protein/fat/carb tracking levels to more closely suit my needs. It's pretty good cause striiv links to myfitnesspal and adjusts it accordingly based on what you've done. All in all it's pretty good. The reporting on bvc is up to you and the rest of the people. It's too bad oh doesn't have that intergration ability to auto post from either of those apps.
