Experiment

I have been using almond milk to make my protein shakes but lately I seem to be at a stall. Therefore, I'm switching to heavy cream to see if that breaks the stall. I mean I feel great and I'm walking 10k steps a day at least, but the scale hasn't dropped in a while now. So up the fat and water and I'll see how that works.

Sounds like a good plan. I use 2-3oz of cream and 2-3 oz of water to 1 heaping scoop of powder.

I started today and used 1/2 cup of cream but that was a bit too much for my liking so I'm gonna reduce to 2 oz and see how that goes. I cut out Splenda a couple weeks ago so that isn't it. I do add sf syrups from time to time though. Gotta break this stall. I thought stalls wouldn't happen at this point though.

Everyone loses differently. Some lose like stair steps and others just a smooth decline and some actually bounce up 2, then lose 3 all the way to goal.

Oh, they definitely happen and often as you're losing.

Don't know about the stall yet, giving it a week or so then checking scale. I have seen the results of the increased fat intake in the end though, more accurate from the end. Hopefully the stall will be another result I see.
